Refund Policy
Dhanvitta does not offer refunds for course purchases. Once a course is purchased, it is considered final.
However, in the event of duplicate payments due to a technical glitch or error, if we receive the duplicate payment, we will refund the duplicate amount. Please note that refund charges may apply, and these charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To claim a refund for a duplicate payment or technical glitch, please follow these steps:
- Contact support@dhanvitta.com with the subject line "Refund Request: [Your Name]".
- Provide any available proof of the duplicate payment or technical glitch. This may include screenshots of transaction receipts, bank statements, or any other relevant documentation. While bank proof is not mandatory, it may expedite the refund process.
- Include your email address associated with the account and details of the payment(s) in question.
Once your request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 20 days, deducting any applicable refund charges.
